Week 1
Build
During the beginning of the week, we will define emotions, review their purpose, and discuss emotional feedback loops. The week will end with the “Broad and Build Theory,” the role that negative emotions play in mental health, and explore the power of positive emotions.

1 on 1 coaching + new content to set up an empowering week.
Week 2
Empower
Our second week is all about emotional empowerment. We will define emotional intelligence, the role of emotional awareness in emotional fitness, and how to gather wisdom from your emotions. You’ll end the week with a formula for creating positive emotional states.

Continued 1 on 1 coaching to make all of this make sense.
Week 3
Rules
You’re progressing along nicely now. Time to establish some rules for your emotions. Have you thought about the beliefs you have concerning how you experience and express your emotions? This week you will learn where they come from and how to change them.
Group: Sept 23 | 90 mins
A final round of pre-work to set you up for long-term success. Don’t forget your 1 on 1 session.
Week 4
Formulas
Emotional fitness is both about ending suffering and about building positive emotional strength. Our immersion ends with using discontent for emotional growth. You’ll explore a formula for ending suffering and establish goals to exercise your emotions in the weeks and months that follow.

Conclusion
At the end of this highly intensive 4-week experience, you’ll schedule a final coaching session with Johanna. Our goal is to help you bring what you learned into your daily life.
And since this is a pilot and we’re learning along with you, we’ll ask you some additional questions about your experience and get your feedback on this immersion and anything else that would help you author a thriving life.
